Programs at GEMS
From recreational classes to competitive teams, drop-in hours and birthday parties, there is always something happening in the gym!
We offer classes starting at 2 years old and place athletes in class according to their age and abilities. Athletes advance through classes based on their abilities to complete skills and continue to show safe behavior that is appropriate to their age.

Recreational Gymnastics Classes
GEMS is an Xcel training gym. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.
Competitive teams are by invitation only. Please contact us for more information about team gymnastics.
Competitive Team Gymnastics
We offer open gym drop off hours during the month for ages 6-12. Typically on a Friday evening, open gym is a great opportunity for your child to experience the gym, equipment, staff and connect with other kids for a few hours under the supervision of coaches.

Open Gym
Come have a SUPER FUN time on the trampoline, balance beams, bars, climbing rope, and tumbling floor while celebrating your special day!
Birthday party fun includes 45 minutes of supervised gym time and 45 minutes in the party space for a total of 1.5 hours. Tables and chairs are provided for guests to use.
Pricing: $200 for up to 12 kids (+ $10 per additional kid, max 16)
