What should my child wear for class?

Girl gymnasts 5 & older must wear a leotard or one piece bathing suit.

Boys can wear shorts or sweatpants with a t-shirt that can be securely tucked in.

Hair that is at or past the shoulder needs to be tied back.

Jewelry needs to be removed before class starts.

Barefoot is preferred because socks and tights are slippery on beam and bars.

Also bringing a water bottle is a great idea!
How can I pay for classes?

We offer a variety of payment methods including cash, check, debit/credit card or billpay. You can also pay through iClassPro by clicking on the "Parent Portal" button at the top-right of the page.

If you register more than one child in classes, the first child is full price, any additional siblings will receive a $5 discount each month.

Tuition is due by the 10th of each month or a $10 late fee will incur.
How long will it take for my child to progress to each level?
Every child is different - strength, flexibility, bravery, and effort in class ultimately determine how long your child will spend in each level. All gymnasts receive strength and flexibility training in every class so your child will become strong enough to do more difficult skills without injury.
What if my child can't make it to class one day?
Unfortunately there are no classes specifically for makeups, but you are always free to use our monthly open gym as a form of makeup!
Can parents come & watch?
Of course! At GEMS, we encourage parents to come cheer on their gymnast! There is a special viewing area for family members at our facility.
What is the procedure for dropping a class?
We are sorry to see you go! If you need to drop class for any reason, we require 2 weeks notice.​ You can notify the front office or you can contact us using the email provided below.

Do you offer competitive classes for gymnastics teams?
Yes, we do! We coach girls through the XCEL Program. Please call the office during normal office hours or email us using the contact information below. More information can also be found online!
